Programs
Organizational environment study
We utilize specific questionnaires and techniques that allow employees to identify company performance in various indices common to organizations. The quantitative results (expressed in percentage of agreement and weighted average) from these tools allow us to measure the level of satisfaction for each employee. Using the results of this study we identify critical points and prepare an Action Plan with the aim of improving the environment and advancing the company.
Interpersonal relationship clinical investigation program
We assist our client in the mediation of organizational conflicts.
Leadership evaluation program and coaching
We evaluate, through the use of a specific tool, the performance of varying levels of leadership, producing a graphical representation of individual performance. The result of this evaluation will be used to treat, working with the individual, the aspects with the poorest performance.
HR policy development program
We assist our client in elaborating, implementing and monitoring HR policies and in areas such as contracting and orientation programs and employee benefit programs. We also provide assistance in the preparation of conduct manuals and bonus rules and in the stimulation of creativity and cultural changes.
Management competency program
We assess organizational charts and work flowcharts, in order to describe or review, strategically, the job descriptions of the company. We develop procedures for the evaluation of employee performance, accompanying and promoting personal development within the organization.
Team development and sensitization program
We act to prepare teams in facing new organizational challenges, changes, fusions and transformations, and to develop new attitudes and behaviors.
Organizational psychology studies the psychological factors that are encountered daily in organizations. Organizational psychology acts as an agent of change and transformation. Through its application it is possible to facilitate reactions, mediate adjustments and improvements and propose personal development programs, with the focus of maintaining the mental health of staff while integrating them within internal organizational processes.
